Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with existing NAVEX customers, identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell to drive sales growth.
  2. Utilize your prospecting techniques to engage existing customers and expand our solution and service offerings, advancing our sales goals.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage resources and expertise, ensuring seamless customer interactions and driving sales success.
  4. Navigate complex buying groups across different functions, applying your understanding of multi-party sales to drive revenue growth.
  5. Effectively manage a pipeline of opportunities, accurately forecasting sales and delivering results-driven performance.
  6. Participate in initial training and ongoing product trainings to stay informed on industry trends and NAVEX's evolving solutions.

Requirements:

  1. 1+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Fluency in Swedish or Finnish, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Strong prospecting, planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  4. Technical proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office products.
  5. Ability to drive results through effective communication, product knowledge, and service-oriented problem-solving.
