Job Description

As a Financial Operations Coordinator at Quinton Davies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems. This includes running payroll, managing accounts, and maintaining accurate records. You will also provide a pensions auto enrolment service and communicate effectively with clients via phone and email.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Running monthly and weekly client payrolls
  • Maintaining books and records using Xero, Sage, Excel & QuickBooks
  • Providing a pensions auto enrolment service
  • Liaising with clients to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Processing tax and allowances, as well as dealing with payroll and bank credits

Salary and Benefits
