Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Chef to work in our kitchen, preparing and cooking food to the highest standards. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every dish meets our quality standards, and that our kitchen is clean and safe.

You'll work closely with our Head Chef to plan and prepare menus, and to ensure that all prep and par is completed for each shift. You'll also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, and for contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

What We're Looking For
  • You may already have some kitchen experience as either a Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant/Commis Chef, or this might be something brand new to you.
  • Driven and relentless, with a positive can do attitude.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials and Food Safety.
