Job Title: Facilities Operative

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging role in facilities maintenance? We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operative to join our team at Mears.

About the Role:

As a Facilities Operative, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our facilities, including buildings and surrounding grounds. Your duties will include:

  • Cleaning facilities in accordance with client specifications, including site communal areas, void clearance, and public walkways.
  • Checking and locking buildings at the end of your shift.
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • A determined and flexible approach to work, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • The entitlement to work within the UK.
