Role Summary

We are recruiting a highly skilled Haemodialysis Staff Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Renal Unit. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to patients undergoing dialysis.

With a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork, you will work closely with doctors, specialist nurses, dieticians, social workers, psychologists, and the pharmacy department to ensure seamless patient care.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in renal nursing, working alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care.

Main Duties:

  1. Assess and plan patient care
  2. Implement and evaluate evidence-based nursing care
  3. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
  4. Participate in education, development, and supervision of staff members

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • NMC Registered, Adult Nurse
  • Evidence of post-registration study and training
  • Experience of providing holistic nursing care
  • Interest in developing renal-related nursing skills
