Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Nurse in our neuro-disability service, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing clinical oversight and guidance to the MDT on shift
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the needs of our patients
  • Attending all training and engaging in CPD to further your clinical knowledge and promote nursing
  • Assisting with performance management of junior staff, following the organisations policies and procedures
