Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Educator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape and influence the educational journey of our children from the very beginning.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate educational activities that promote development across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to the individual needs and interests of the children.
- Observe, assess, and record each child's progress, sharing insights with parents and carers.
- Work closely with the nursery team to ensure a consistent and supportive approach to childcare.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in early years education.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to working in a nursery setting.
