Key responsibilities include:

* Providing exceptional customer service and making product recommendations
* Maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and services
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business results
* Participating in visual merchandising and store displays
* Staying up-to-date with the latest makeup trends and techniques
