Inclusion IQ LTD is seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to spearhead their global marketing efforts and drive business growth. This senior leadership role will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, aligning with the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture within the marketing team.
  • Global Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Departmental Budget Management: Manage and optimize marketing budgets to deliver maximum ROI, tracking and analyzing performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Digital Marketing Excellence: Drive exceptional digital marketing initiatives, including e-commerce and social media, leveraging data analytics to optimize campaigns and measure performance.
  • Brand Management: Strengthen and protect the brand identity across all markets, developing and executing creative campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and optimize marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective marketing strategies. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, managing large teams and global operations.

Please note that only candidates with 3+ years of managing an in-house marketing department, strong people management experience of more than 25 people, and a strong background in e-commerce marketing will be considered.
