Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the lottery function, leading and motivating the team to deliver the lottery and gaming strategy.
- Develop comprehensive marketing and stewardship plans to ensure the acquisition, engagement, and retention of individual supporters, using data analysis to support decision making.
- Ensure that the Demelza Lottery is compliant with the Gambling Commission Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver the lottery and gaming strategy, ensuring that financial and non-financial targets are met and to a high standard.
