We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Classroom Supervisor to join our team at a mainstream secondary school in Newcastle. As a Classroom Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching and learning process, working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading pre-planned lessons across various departments
- Managing student behavior in line with the school's behavior and safeguarding policy
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment
- Pastoral responsibilities, with the possibility of owning a form group
- Opportunity to take on additional responsibilities in your chosen subject or department

- Confident, resilient, and adaptable
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A passion for teaching and supporting young people
- Live in or be commutable from Sunderland
