About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Quantity Surveying Professional with at least 24 months of experience within a consultancy or cost management firm. Your strong understanding of UK construction practices, proficiency in measurements, and knowledge of cost planning and project management will be key assets to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with tender compilation and preparation of bills of quantities and cost plans.
- Attend meetings and take responsibility for writing minutes.
- Aid in the creation of monthly cost reports and final accounts.
- Competitive salary of approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
