Assistant Construction Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our team at Brandon James. As a key member of our construction and property consultancy, you will play a vital role in supporting our Senior Project Manager and Directors in delivering high-quality projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Provide support in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other documentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in project management within a UK construction consultancy.
  • RICS-accredited degree qualification or equivalent.
  • Accreditation by RICS, APM, or CIOB, or commitment to achieving.
  • Proven track record of managing projects through all RIBA stages.
