About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents.
  • Deliver care that is tailored to the individual needs of each resident, promoting their dignity and independence.
  • Participate in general activities within the care home, such as assisting with hobbies and interests.
  • Recognize and report any signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect, and take appropriate action to ensure the resident's safety.
