Job Title: Digital Solutions Architect Lead

 

Company Overview:

HCL Technologies is a leading IT services company that aims to transform businesses through digital solutions. We are seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Architect Lead to lead our SAP sales and cloud service team.

 

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a visionary leader who can design and implement SAP solutions for sales processes and cloud services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Customer Experience (CX) and the utilities industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SAP Sales & Service Cloud Architecture:
    • Design and implement SAP solutions for sales processes and cloud services, including sales automation, service management, analytics, and reporting, customer engagement, CX integration, collaboration tools, customization, and extensibility.
    • Lead end-to-end SAP architecture projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  2. CX Enhancement:
    • Leverage experience in CX to improve customer interactions and satisfaction.
    • Design customer engagement strategies to foster better relationships and loyalty.
    • SAP Sales & Service Cloud integration with S/4HANA and other CX components.
    • E2E business processes improvement based on SAP capabilities.
  3. Utilities Industry Expertise:
    • Utilize knowledge of the utilities sector to tailor SAP solutions.
    • Implement industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  4. Team Management:
    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
    • Oversee project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with clients, business leaders, and IT teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Provide expert advice and recommendations to stakeholders.
  6. Technical Leadership:
    • Keep abreast of the latest SAP technologies and trends.
    • Mentor junior team members and share insights on innovative solutions.
  7. Pre-Sales Support:
    • Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in SAP sales solutions and cloud services.
  • Proven track record of working with Customer Experience (CX) platforms.
  • Experience in the utilities industry is highly desired.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to travel as required.
