Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Part Time Telephone Receptionist to join our team at The Rehab Physio. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, as well as manage office supplies and maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
  • Diary Management: Utilize our specialist clinical software to manage the diaries of our therapists.
  • Financial Tasks: Assist with Xero entries and basic bookkeeping tasks, as well as utilize Outlook for scheduling, emails, and document management.
  • Light Domestic Duties: Perform light domestic duties to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment, including light hoovering, wiping surfaces, and preparing tea, coffee, and light snacks for visitors.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Computerized Systems: Proficiency in using computerized systems for office tasks.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office role, with previous experience in a medical setting being advantageous.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Pay: $50 per hour.
