We are seeking an experienced Probate Solicitor to join our team at Sellick Partnership Limited-In-House, based in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor or legal executive to take on a challenging role with clear career progression.

As a Probate Solicitor, you will handle your own caseload of taxable probate matters, working collaboratively across the team and supporting junior members where necessary. You will engage with clients by telephone, providing an exceptional customer experience, and have targets based on the progression of cases rather than chargeable hour targets.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience of conducting probate matters in a private practice or in-house setting. They will possess strong client care skills, be able to prioritize workloads effectively, and have no need for business development. The successful candidate will also have opportunities for flexible working, including 1 day per week in office or once every fortnight.

The role offers a competitive salary range of £32,000 - £65,000, depending on experience, along with an annual bonus scheme, yearly salary reviews, pension contributions up to 10%, wellbeing benefits, discounts on products and services, and a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
