Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices from suppliers efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain timely payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Verify supplier statements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure prompt payment.
  • Create customer invoices, guarantee timely and accurate billing.
  • Closely monitor customer accounts for timely payments.
  • Solve invoice queries or disputes effectively.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required.
Requirements and Skills
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Show proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
  • Exhibit strong communication and teamwork abilities.

This role involves working closely with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have excellent communication skills.

The salary for this position is approximately £24,000 per annum, based on experience, and offers a competitive benefits package, including hybrid working arrangements, flexible working hours, 35-hour workweek, 26 days' annual leave (increasing to 31 days with service), one wellbeing day per year, gym discounts, enhanced sick pay, and two volunteering days annually.
