About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Operations Analyst to join our team at Cranswick Country Foods PLC in Wembley. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data to provide accurate and timely insights to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure data flow is completed as expected, is accurate, and is completed in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and measurable KPI dashboards.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Main Duties

  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and records are received and maintained in a way that makes them easy to find and understand.
  • Analyze data received and challenge where it looks inaccurate.
  • Report running and ensure data is up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements and Experience

  • 3 years' experience in an admin role.
  • 3 years' experience in a similar FMCG environment would be advantageous.
  • Experience with Microsoft Navision would be advantageous.
  • Experience with an ERP system is essential.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and flexible approach.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
