Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Advancement Strategist to lead our Advancement Team. As the key strategic leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to achieve excellence in all areas of Advancement.
- Strategic Planning: Create, manage, and oversee The College's strategic plan for Advancement, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the Advancement Team to execute on key strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Cultural Awareness and Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrate high levels of cultural awareness and emotional intelligence, essential for effective relationship-building and collaboration with stakeholders, including pupils, parents, staff, and external partners.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven track record: A strong background in Advancement, with experience in strategic planning, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
- Emotional intelligence: High levels of emotional intelligence, enabling you to build strong relationships and navigate complex situations.
