Job Summary

We're looking for people with kind hearts who want to make a positive impact on the quality of life for our clients. As a Care Professional, you'll provide companionship, support, and care to our clients in their own homes, helping them to live happy, independent lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to clients, engaging in activities that bring them joy and fulfillment
• Assist with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, medication management, and personal care
• Support clients with appointments, shopping trips, and other outings
• Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation

What We Offer

As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you'll receive:

• Excellent rates of pay, £15.00 per hour, with flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle
• Full or part-time hours available, with guaranteed contracts
• Minimum 1-hour visits, allowing for meaningful relationships with clients
• Paid mileage and car MOT
• Paid training and shadowing visits
• Ongoing support from our office team and Team Leaders
• Regular team meet-ups and social events

Requirements

We're looking for individuals with a kind and compassionate nature, who are able to provide emotional support and companionship to our clients. No prior experience in care is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and confidence to excel in this role.
