Job DescriptionThis role involves delivering mail and packages to various departments, preparing outgoing mail, and assisting with internal mail and document deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and basic computer skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages
- Preparing outgoing mail, including packaging and labelling
- Assisting with internal mail and document deliveries
- Maintaining a clean and efficient mailroom environment
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Basic computer skills for record keeping and tracking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
