Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement care plans and risk assessments in accordance with regulatory frameworks
  • Maintain accurate documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology
  • Oversee medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation
  • Make timely decisions and take action to ensure the well-being of residents
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, utilizing your clinical skills
  • Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration
  • Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
  • Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Awareness and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards
  • Ability to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment
