Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Specialist

W & A S Bruce is seeking a qualified and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or skilled Paralegal to join our team in Broxburn.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload, liaising directly with clients, and ensuring the smooth progression of conveyancing transactions from start to finish.

We are a high-volume residential conveyancing firm handling sales/purchases, transfers of title, and commercial transactions including commercial leases. While experience in Commercial Conveyancing and Private Client matters is advantageous, it is not essential.
