We are delighted to partner with a leading manufacturing organisation in County Fermanagh to recruit an experienced Head of HR. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious HR professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's continued success.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy, manage training and development programmes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. In return, they can expect a competitive base salary of £45,000-50,000 and a 10% bonus.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a people strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
  • Managing training and development programmes to meet business requirements
  • Creating a talent management framework to drive organisational growth
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Providing strategic HR guidance and support to the senior leadership team

You will also benefit from enhanced annual leave, a 4-day working week (Monday-Thursday), private medical insurance, and pension contributions. To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in developing talent management strategies and training/development programmes
  • Proven leadership skills in managing recruitment and HR departments
  • Ideal experience in TUPE, acquisitions, or working within an exponentially growing firm
  • CIPD qualification
  • Postgraduate degree in HR or a related field
