Key Responsibilities:

  • Mergers and acquisitions (both buy side and sell side)
  • Venture capital and private equity (sponsor and management team roles)
  • Fund raising and equity and capital markets
  • Joint ventures
  • General corporate advisory
  • Accelerated M & A, restructuring and insolvency

Requirements:

  • 2-6 PQE experience with a City or leading national/regional practice
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of corporate law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • First-class support and learning opportunities
