Commercial Assets Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver investment programmes across the Group's property portfolio to achieve value for money and meet business objectives.
  • Provide a business partnering role to the commercial business, supporting on all property-related matters, including repairs, maintenance, and compliance.
  • Ensure routine stock condition surveys, inspections, and legal notices are undertaken in a timely manner to maintain a robust and well-maintained property portfolio.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of property management processes.

Requirements:

  • Building-related degree or relevant professional qualification.
  • Experience of technical report and committee report writing.
  • Robust knowledge of building regulations, legislation, and current practice.
  • Excellent organisational, project management, and planning skills.
  • Ability to present recommendations based on analysis, logic, and evidence.
