Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Advisor to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our human resources department, you will provide critical support to employees and managers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers, including employee relations, HR projects, and policy development.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining HR systems and records in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Travel to sites within the region to support with HR needs.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with employment law.
  • Address employee relations issues, providing advice and guidance as required.
  • Support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate training and development activities.
  • Assist with payroll administration and benefits provision.

Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid UK driving license.
