Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Supervisor to join our Pavers team in Sheffield on an 16 hours per week contract. As a Supervisor, you will deliver consistently high levels of customer service, advising on shoe care, handbags, and accessories to compliment a customer's needs.
You will work closely with the store management team, inspiring and supporting your team in creating a customer-first culture, giving genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our products.
Responsibilities- Support the management team in the day to day running of the store and coaching and developing the team, driving the achievement of the KPI's
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, advising on shoe care and accessories to compliment a customer's needs
- Be self-aware, being able to question, learn, and take responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store alongside the management team
