Temporary Event Sales and Group Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Event Sales and Group Manager to join our team at Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa. This is a temporary position expected to end in November 2025.

About the Role

As Event Sales and Group Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the reservations and event sales functions, focusing on maximizing bedroom, meeting, and events revenue opportunities through both enquiries and confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives, ensuring customers receive an outstanding service.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the reservations and event sales functions.
  • Focusing on maximizing bedroom, meeting, and events revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience within a sales, account management, or business development position.
  • Have worked in a hospitality environment would be preferred.
  • Strong people management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • KPI and target driven.

About Us

Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa is a 4-star, 117-bedroom property located just outside Crewe. Our hotel has the Brasserie restaurant and terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, two tennis courts, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
