Job Title: Senior Skincare Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Skincare Specialist to join our team at GdC Beauty Group. As a Senior Skincare Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality skincare treatments and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver thorough product knowledge to customers and team members.
  • Support and motivate a team by having a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Achieve monthly retail targets and lead by example.
  • Promote a culture of high standards of cleanliness within the department.
  • Ensure stock is presented well at all times and display visual merchandising.
  • Commit to ensuring treatments are delivered to the highest possible standards.
  • Maintain communication with line manager in internal management team.
  • Act as an ambassador of a global brand, delivering treatments to influencers and VIPs.
  • Perform administrative duties, including maintaining a daily calendar and monitoring sales.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-year experience within the Beauty/Spa/retail industry as a therapist.
  • Trained face and body therapist up to NVQ Level 3 /City & Guilds or equivalent.
  • Advanced electrical treatment training preferred but not essential.
  • NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 Education and Training Certificate preferred.
  • NVQ / City and Guild Level 2 with 2 years experience also considered.
  • Strong retail experience.
  • Confident with IT, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and presentation skills, be self-motivated, and enjoy working independently and as part of a team. They will also be adaptable to changing workloads due to the fast-moving pace of the beauty industry and our luxury brand.
