About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef Manager to join our team at WSH Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse dietary requirements and preferences, working closely with our back-of-house team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage the catering budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, leisure staff, and the general public, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise catering staff, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality control protocols, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement in menu offerings, service delivery, and operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
