**Job Summary**

Copello Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Manufacturing Operations**: Oversee the production process, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
  • **Quality Assurance**: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • **Maintenance and Asset Management**: Coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring all equipment is properly serviced and maintained.
  • **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  • **Communication and Collaboration**: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

**Requirements:**

  • **Experience**: Proven experience in a manufacturing or production management role, with a strong track record of success.
  • **Leadership**: Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • **Business Acumen**: Understanding of business principles and practices, with the ability to drive growth and profitability.
  • **ISO9001 Certification**: Familiarity with ISO9001 quality management systems.
