About the Role

We're seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team at Gearset, a leading Salesforce DevOps platform trusted by over 2000 companies worldwide. As a DevOps Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in building and supporting our multi-tenant infrastructure, running in multiple regions across the globe, utilizing the power of AWS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities, and develop and implement CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure seamless integration of new features and infrastructure changes.
  • Contribute to the development of our DevOps practices and processes, ensuring they align with industry best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our infrastructure and processes.
What You'll Achieve
  • Design and implement a highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment of new features and infrastructure changes.
  • Contribute to the development of our DevOps practices and processes, ensuring they align with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities, and develop and implement solutions.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong background in AWS services.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our infrastructure and processes.
