We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Remedial Kitchen Fitter/Mentor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen installations and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage private purchase projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Supervise the installation of key installations, including VIP private purchases, to ensure high-quality results.
  • Carry out TSS inductions, including issuing tools, PPE, uniform, and training on procedures, to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Audit TSS in the field, including Portable Appliance Testing and vehicle audits, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct new product testing and assessments to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Build exhibition displays to showcase our products and services.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in fast-track building processes and the furniture industry.
  • Knowledge of installations, including previous kitchen fitting experience.
  • Hands-on approach with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience managing and coordinating subcontract labour.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and willing to work as part of a dynamic team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects positively and work under pressure to maintain deadlines.
  • Computer literate and personally presentable at all times.
