Job Title: Clinical Lead Occupational Health Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Clinical Lead Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at OH Staffing Ltd.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing referrals, conducting health surveillance, and providing clinical leadership to the OH team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing referrals and ensuring timely responses
  • Conducting health surveillance, including audiometry, spirometry, and health questionnaires
  • Providing clinical leadership to the OH team and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Collaborating with the Cority software team to ensure seamless integration
  • Developing and maintaining mental health awareness and support programs

The ideal candidate will have strong case management, health surveillance experience, and management experience. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience as a Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor or Occupational Health Manager
  • Strong case management and health surveillance experience
  • Management experience and ability to lead a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
