Key Responsibilities:
  • Recover debts on behalf of taxpayers, businesses, and individuals through ethical and integrated court order compliance.
  • Work in a field-based environment, utilizing your negotiation and persuasion skills to resolve situations effectively.
  • Manage vulnerable and challenging situations with confidence and discipline.
Requirements:
  • Confident and self-motivated individual with good negotiation skills.
  • Persuasive and disciplined, with the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in a self-employed role or similar field is desirable.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.
