Female Rehabilitation Assistant

We are seeking a Female Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to an individual with complex needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience of caring for people with physical and/or learning disabilities, as well as a positive interest in active rehabilitation and a desire to enable our client to reach her full potential.
In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life and work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional care and support.
Key Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to our client
- Assist with daily living tasks and activities
- Encourage independence and participation in rehabilitation programs
Requirements:
- NVQ (or equivalent) in care and recent training would be an advantage
- Experience of caring for people with physical and/or learning disabilities
- Positive interest in active rehabilitation and desire to enable our client to reach her full potential
- Female (Due to the occupational nature of the role)
- Great communication skills, especially with clients, their families, and other professionals involved
- DBS check on the update service or willingness to complete an enhanced DBS if successful
