Personal Injury Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our Personal Injury department, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims, from initial instruction to settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, including EL PL and Litigation work
  • Liaise with referrers and manage their expectations in respect of quality and service
  • Take initial instructions from clients and assess funding requirements
  • Investigate limitation, liability, causation, and assess quantum
  • Advise clients and take initial instructions from them
  • Liaise with insurers and negotiate settlements
  • Draft court documents where appropriate and evidence gathering and negotiation work
  • Advocacy as and when required and liaison with Counsel/instructions to counsel
  • Prepare predictive costs calculations and negotiate
  • Provide assistance to team members and comply with office procedures
