Job Title: Kitchen Designer

Simon Acres Recruitment is proud to partner with a renowned kitchen retailer to find an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Designer based in South West London.

This is a permanent position offering a basic salary of up to GBP35,000 + uncapped commission (GBP65,000/GBP70,000 OTE).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in the showroom, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Utilize AutoCAD software to design and create bespoke luxury kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Present designs to clients, providing expert guidance and solutions.
  • Understand client requirements, budgets, and preferences, offering tailored solutions from a wide range of high-end products.
  • Manage all aspects of design and planning, including on-site surveys.
  • Represent the company as the face of the brand, consistently delivering a professional image.
  • Work a standard Monday to Friday schedule, with Saturdays and Sundays available for additional hours.
Candidate Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in designing and selling kitchens.
  • A proven track record in kitchen design, with examples of own design work and sales figures exceeding GBP750,000 per annum.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • A driven, motivated, and results-oriented individual.
  • High attention to detail, excellent sales acumen, and a professional demeanor.
  • A full UK driving license.
