Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and services
  • Manage and motivate a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and services, identifying areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers

Requirements:

  • Possess a relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience in a health or social care setting
  • Demonstrate expertise in leadership, management, and communication skills
  • Experience working with service users in the health and social care field
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
