Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Bid Finance Manager to join our team at Elior. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a pivotal role in leading the financial aspects of our bids and proposals. Your expertise will enable us to create compelling and accurate financial workbooks, ultimately driving our continuous growth.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide key analysis for all relevant stakeholders to inform commercial decisions.
  • Support the Business Development team in creating profitable commercial offers for new business proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand proposed solutions and model financial workbooks accordingly.
  • Document pricing assumptions for internal sign-off and client submission.
  • Communicate agendas and timeframes to ensure relevant approval before submissions.
  • Support the Head of Sales in strategy-setting and decision-making.
  • Update and improve sales workbook models to enhance efficiency.
  • Set and validate target pricing benchmarks and maintain knowledge of benchmarking prices.
  • Produce final client-facing financial returns.
  • Contribute to improving costing and pricing efficiency.

Requirements



  • Qualified Accountant with post-qualification experience.
  • Held previous commercial finance roles.
  • Strong influencer and experienced in challenging the status quo.
  • Confident in influencing key stakeholders.
  • Excellent team player and able to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent Excel skills with a good eye for detail.
