About the Role
We are seeking a charismatic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Door Ambassador. Your primary responsibility will be to provide warm and personalized greetings to guests, escorting them to their rooms and ensuring a seamless check-in experience. You will also be responsible for opening doors, assisting with luggage, and supplying directions to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort guests to rooms, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the property, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Assist with luggage, storage, and retrieval, demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
- Supply guests with directions, taking into account their specific needs and preferences.
- Arrange transportation for guests and visitors, ensuring timely and efficient transfers.
- Communicate parking procedures with guests and visitors, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Be a W brand ambassador, embodying the brand's voice and values in all interactions with guests.
- Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises, prioritizing guest safety and security.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, adhering to company standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of information shared by guests, upholding the highest levels of discretion.
- Welcome, acknowledge, anticipate, and address guests' needs, providing a tailored experience.
- Speak using clear and professional language, utilizing appropriate etiquette.
- Use proper manual handling techniques when assisting with luggage, avoiding injury and damage.
- Assist with valet parking when required, possessing a valid driving license.
- Perform other reasonable job duties requested by the Manager, embracing a can-do attitude.
