Production Folding Technician

MEM Recruitment in Northamptonshire is seeking a skilled Production Folding Technician to join their team at Far Cotton, Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating folding machines and maintaining them in good working order.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating CNC folding machines to fold products efficiently
- Maintaining the machines in a safe and efficient manner
- Setting up tools and machinery as required
- Loading parts into the machinery using lifting equipment where necessary
- Meeting productivity targets and contributing to the overall efficiency of the production process
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with similar machinery and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career progression and professional development.
