About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Planner/Scheduler to join our team at Right at Home UK. As a key member of our care management team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering weekly rotas of care visits to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the planning and delivery of weekly rotas of care visits to our clients
  • Manage daily changes to the plans and schedules
  • Be the 1st point of contact for handling queries and receiving information related to the care management
  • Help ensure compliance is met within the office and the care calls
  • Undertake client care reviews
  • Share the on call rota responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment of carers
  • General office Administration
  • Deputise for the Registered manager
Requirements
  • Experience of working in the care sector as a care planner with responsibility for the planning of the rotas and schedules OR be able to demonstrate transferable skills from another sector
  • Health and social care qualifications (NVQ3 or above)
  • Be a people person with good communication skills
  • Preferable a driver with access to a car
  • Have local knowledge of the surrounding areas of South Croydon and North Tandridge

Salary: £30-35k pa
