Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Woodworking Craftsman to join our team at Southway Housing Trust. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and repair of our properties.

Estimated Salary: £34,492 per annum (inclusive of non-consolidated supplement)

This permanent, full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and experience in woodworking and joinery.

You will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks, including wood repairs, replacements, and other related duties. A strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically is essential.
