\They are looking for a skilled Mental Health Support Specialist to join their team ASAP. This is an important role where you will be responsible for facilitating and providing tailored emotional support to students, helping them navigate their feelings, build resilience and develop coping strategies.
\Responsibilities as a Mental Health Support Specialist:

- You will provide one to one and small group support to students who are struggling with ASD and other mental health challenges.\
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement specialised learning plans and interventions.\
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.\
- Ensure that all students are as independent as possible and have a good foundation for emotional and mental health wellbeing.\
