About the Role:- Develop skills in Medicine of the Elderly and work closely with the consultant geriatrician to promote a positive patient journey.
- Join a supportive team in an environment that ensures ongoing professional development opportunities for all staff.
- Gain skills in Immediate Life Support, Acute Illness Management, IV Medicine Administration, Catheterisation, Venepuncture, and dementia care.
- Liaise with inter-agency colleagues to plan and co-ordinate care for effective patient discharge.
- A keen interest and motivation for caring for the older person with a focus on patient-centered care.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
