We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technologist to support our Asset Care Team. This field-based role will work on various client sites, primarily in the food and beverage industry.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing position requiring confidence and strong engineering skills. The successful candidate will conduct RCM Studies, condition monitoring reports, critical assessments, and root cause analysis assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct RCM Studies to identify potential failures and implement corrective actions
  • Analyze condition monitoring reports to inform maintenance decisions
  • Perform critical assessments to evaluate equipment performance
  • Lead root cause analysis assessments to determine failure causes
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of maintenance and asset care practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
