A leading construction company in the UK is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the internal fit-out process of a steel frame apartment scheme in Stockport.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing internal fit-out phases on apartments or other multi-occupancy buildings, and possess a strong understanding of construction processes, fit-out techniques, and building codes.

This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Additionally, you will monitor and enforce quality control measures to guarantee that all work meets project specifications and design standards.

You will report directly to a Project Manager, overseeing the whole internal fit-out process from start to finish. Your ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions will be crucial in keeping the project on track.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
